GET MANY MORE JOB CALLS via NEW DEALER WEBSITE SERVICES!
Multiflex dealers get their own custom website. This is under their sales support and marketing services. Our team of six; 2 designers, 2 SEO- writers and 2 marketing research professionals came aboard with experience from Google, Yahoo, MSN, many other search engines, directories and media as well as Dupont, PPG & Industrial Polymers, Inc. It’s all about maximizing coating & lining work to our Multiflex dealer network.

Using GREEN materials has proven successful again! Multiflex has been utilizing natural, non-petroleum based raw materials to increase quality at lower cost. Recycled plastic, rubber, glass, paper & wood is now sanitized, milled, shredded & sometimes freeze-dried & crunched which produced low-cost fillers. These sometimes referred to as aggregate, can be of unlimited particle sizes or, “mesh”. The newest advancement has topped 300 mesh. This means you not only can apply very rough, high to low profile & orange peel textures at a fraction of the cost compared to the competition. You can also make smooth, anti-stick also through our equipment or your own with ease.
“Hard industry facts & the MultiFlex alternative”…
→ Every high quality coating or lining has its chemical R&D costs in its creation.
→ These costs are always passed onto the applicators & final clients.
→ Products with extremely high strength, adhesion and rapid dry / cure can be very sensitive.
→ Exact mixing proportions, temperature and pressure must be controlled.
→ Sensitivity to ambient conditions must be dealt with for successful applications.
→ Costs of quality jobs of good mil thickness are not negotiable below some high minimum dollars.
→ Jobs are lost because clients can see retail price as astronomical.
→ Clients may use a lower-end application crew with cheap product(s) which has a high risk of failure.
→ Stripping & recoating correctly adds to everyone’s costs and wasted energy.
→ Many coating and lining manufacturers sell their own, “specialized” equipment-- guns used exclusively for their products; many vendors receive gun commissions.
→ Equipment revenues generate dollars to offset r & d investments in their
→ All equipment sold under the name of poly, urethane or epoxy vendors are always close copies from companies like graco, glasscraft & binks.
→ There are more simple, basic, lower-cost methods for the highest quality materials to be applied using much less expensive equipment.
MultiFlex- the clear alternative solution: Basic is better! Utilizing existing, proven technologies to derive Multiflex, each technique was studied by virtue of it’s strengths and weaknesses. Some products retain high behavior values. But top notch values in attributes like tensile or tear psi, adhesion, flexibility, elasticity, elongation, friction wear, fire resistance, corrosion resistance, heat and cold stability only existed with products that are very sensitive to ambient conditions. Coatings with the most valuable properties required exacting solutions to be applied under a small range of environmental conditions. Multiflex used the best parts of those known, successful technologies, providing applicators full control of the best behaviors within a simple formula. To achieve top-end applications of the highest qualities with more basic equipment, MultiFlex combines variable ratio epoxy and aliphatic urethane with the best known fillers. These are custom-manufactured to the highest standards. These solid fillers which fully emulsify provide many great attributes like increased adhesion, full texture control, impermeable or permeable membranes, crystal clarity, matched color absorbing, full dry and cure time control. This includes immediate to slower cures under control in damp, cold or hot conditions. You’ll have mixtures that’ll bond with all known material types. These give applicators great abilities that are unavailable in expensive, one-dimensional products.
This also means when your bid requests a specific high-cost product by name, there’s an opportunity to use a MultiFlex formula as “the” high-quality filler layer and simply top coat with any product you desire. You can retain a warranty and get the bid by lowering cost. If needed, documented characteristics, values, cost reductions and references are recommended and supported.
1- Single product with varying mix ratios for all texture types in comparison to all polyurethanes, polyureas, hybrids, elastomerics, aliphatics, urethanes or epoxies.
2- Crystal clear, all colors, best known uv resistance, adhesion, flexibility, long-lasting behavior.
3- Soft to hard, slip-proof to anti-stick by simple mixtures.
4- High quality, solid or liquid fillers gain full texture control and seriously cuts cost per sq ft.
5- Simplified, low-maintenance application equipment.
6- Solid, 100% backed warrantees.
→ Most jobs of any complexity can be achieved by simple methods. Material choice, application technique, dry and cure speed and final look are known facts from over 30 years of experience. In extreme cases exacting behavior is tested by engineering or technical support staff. This may be implemented by one of our certified dealer / applicators prior to a job’s pricing. Final result should be as planned to meet or surpass client’s expectations.
→ The goal is to isolate the best alternative: minimal material costs, labor and incidental issues to complete jobs
within reasonable time schedules at lowest costs.
